Role defined in SQL 2012 AS

Some of the tab in a role is grey and my current users are in this role. Does it mean it has fully right to everything and that's why the tabs are grey ?

As a main idea, it is correct

if you wish to share details we can be more specific

for example if  you set- check "Full control" you'll see grey if check cubes permission
it is "full controlled"
