Something changed on a user mailbox and now the activesync seems to have become corrupt.
1. We recently moved domains and changed the FSMO roles to the new domains.
2. The phone authenticates properly against the exchange and I see it on the OWA... Last Sync Time unavailable
3. . The users phone previously worked before. There were no issues.
BUT - The screen says that my emails should appear shortly but never come.
3. I added the mailbox to a different Android phone and its not working - so its not a phone issue.
Other mailboxes are working fine. What else can I check?
