Query for a report on report manager

I have a link to a report

http://me-7010/ReportServer_SQLEXPRESS/Pages/ReportViewer.aspx?%2frptTest%2frptBartPieChart&

That i am trying to bring use in another program but it did not render.  I was told to replace %2 with space but that didn't work either.  Any idea?
