Wordpress Bullets Not Showing

My wysiwyg editor shows bullets on my page post, but they're not showing up on the actual published page. Here's an example:

I took out that line, but it didn't seem to help. Attached is the new CSS file.

I already took it out on the server's version.

Yep. That did it. Just had to deactivate "W3 Total Cache" plugin.
