Using Split Tunnel on Cisco ASA 5505 for Any Connect Clients

My questions is, can we enable Split Tunnelling on Cisco ASA for only some AnyConnect users and not everyone. (There is only one DHCP pool defined on the ASA for all users).

My thoughts are......... if we can bind specific IP address from DHCP pool, to the specific MAC address, then may be there was a way of accomplishing what I'm try to do, But, I guess Cisco ASA does not support this ?
