Have you confirmed all your Exchange URLs are correct?

You will need to renew your certificate. Exchange 2013 requires a certificate for Outlook to connect both internally and externally.
You may also wish to test with the Exchange Remote Connectivity Analyzer. It will identify any problems you are having and direct you to a solution.
