I have two issues: 1. If the old certificate is expired, what will happand when I'll  open  outlook, is it still going to work?
2. I tried to do this article but it still not working http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/6281?locale=en&ci=46061
Any seggest how can I work with the new certificate (that dont have the option to put internal adress)

Have you confirmed all your Exchange URLs are correct?

Check this article.

You will need to renew your certificate. Exchange 2013 requires a certificate for Outlook to connect both internally and externally.

You may also wish to test with the Exchange Remote Connectivity Analyzer. It will identify any problems you are having and direct you to a solution.

Will my email signature work in Office 365?

You've built an email signature using raw HTML code in Office 365, but you can't review how it looks with Transport Rules. So you have to test it over and over again before it can be used. Isn't this a bit of a waste of your time? Wouldn't a WYSIWYG editor make it a lot easier?
