VMware VM Won't Start

Hello Experts,

Can someone please take a look at the attached and assist me in getting the VM to start?

The error message suggests, the it cannot power on the machine due to Memory Resources.

Check the VM Memory Reservation, if one applies.

Check Memory in the Resource Pool.

The available Memory resources in the parent resource pool are insufficient for the operation
