How do I save Favorites tab ?

I have Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit Operating System laptop.  I need to re-image this machine.  I would like to save the favorites tab.  
Is there a way to save the favorites tab ?

In IE, they are stored in "C:\Users\UserName\Favorites"
