Error when I launch XenApp 6.5 Published app - cannot connect to XenApp Server.socket operation on non-socket.

Hello there,

Error pop-up message when I launch XenApp 6.5 Published app - cannot connect to XenApp Server.socket operation on non-socket. The Published app does not launch.

How to get rid of this message and get published app launch.

No changes, just accessing it externally from Citrix Web Access,

Internal access no issue, external access via NS AGEE. FW rule change to allow traffic from NS to Citrix servers on port 1494 and 2598 allowed.
And in XA 6.5 there is no session reliability enabled.
