block local login on network computers

Can I block users from logging in locally on their computers?  We are on a domain and there is no reason for them to login local.

in run type secpol.msc
> Local Policies >
 User Rights Assignment > 
Deny Log On Locally,
and add the users/groups you want to block

That should do the trick
