Exchange Mail Being Rejected

Hi all everything was working fine we were receiving mail no problem until we changed our MX records to point our mail to a third party for cleaning and then they would send onto us, now when they try to forward the mail to our server they are getting the following error

host 195.2.133.222[195.2.133.222] sa
id: 451 4.7.0 Temporary server error. Please try again later. PRX3  (in reply to end of DATA command)”

A reboot of the Router fixed this issue
