Anyone has steps to upgrade from DPM 2012 to DPM 2012 R2

Do you mean such as a Microsoft Technet? Or personal ones?

Make sure to note that R2 no longer supports any servers older than 2008 R2. So, if you current environment is using anything older, you will need to upgrade the OS first.
