Is there any software that could help me export data from my MS SQL Database to a fillable PDF file ?

I have a web application with client data in it, when I open a client file their name, email, address, etc is displayed. I want to be able to open a fillable PDF with from a link and fill the PDF with the information from that record.

Any ideas ?

You may want to investigate filling in a PDf with XML data, and exporting the SQL results as an XML file.

That sounds just about right.

Can I have the PDF read from a table which holds XML data in one of the fields, populate from there and when saved push back an XML to update the same field ?

Any software or tutorials out there for this function ?

Would Adobe ColdFusion 8 help? Here is a link: http://help.adobe.com/livedocs/coldfusion/8/htmldocs/help.html?content=formsPDF_03.html

If not, how about Altova: http://www.altova.com/download-xml-to-pdf.html

If not, there are a few searches in Google for the term import xml into pdf form which yields a few results, but I'm unable to post the results in this forum.
