A VMware SVGA II (drivers are included in VMware Tools)

later OS - VMware SVGA 3D (e.g. Windows 2012/WIndows 8.0)

(depends on OS, the driver!)

Chip Type:- VMware Virtual SVGA 3D Graphics Adapter.

e.g. it's virtual not a physical one like AMD or nVidia.
