How do I set default client printing to Black and White

HI,
I have a few staff members using local session printers in their Citrix Session.

The default printer queues are all Black and White, but when Citrix creates the printer object, it creates a default color queue.

Can this be changed somewhere to ensure Citrix creates the session printers a black and white?

The printers are Xerox.

Nothing is working. we suspect it's just how the driver works. We have done a work around within our accounting programme. If we use the universal printer driver, it works, but UPD doesn't print correctly.

Didn't actually solve my problem, but no one else offered any other solutions. Seems to be issue with drivers we are using.
