Nothing is working. we suspect it's just how the driver works. We have done a work around within our accounting programme. If we use the universal printer driver, it works, but UPD doesn't print correctly.

Didn't actually solve my problem, but no one else offered any other solutions. Seems to be issue with drivers we are using.

The default printer queues are all Black and White, but when Citrix creates the printer object, it creates a default color queue.<br />
