Domain Controllar Validation

I have environment with windows 2008R2, Vendor installed Domain Controller but see lot of replication error msg..and also i see the Active Directory status with ! mark.

Please help to know if we have any tool that can validate the complete domain controller configuration and report if any mismatch configuration settings.

Check below KB article

You can check AD replication and name resolution if working appropriate through AD sites and services

Multiple checks are there
run dcdiag /v to find out issues
run repadmin /showreps to verify replication is working
Check nslookup is working correctly and able to resolve server FQDN, IP address, NS records, SRV records etc

Check event ID 1394 in directory events
Check 13516 in File replication service events if u r using FRS Sysvol
Check event id 4604 if u r using DFSR sysvol
These events showing that DC deployment is successful
