im going to use 1 or the other for collaboration on a new project to store emails
i need to access these on mobile devices
is it possible to access these on mobile devices?
the majority of devices will be ios & android
i found an android app called public fodler sync but its not available for ios

Microsoft actually has an app for both of those. They released both Outlook Web App for Android and also Outlook Web App for iOS. Unfortunately, I haven't used either yet. But the experience is supposed to be identical to that of Outlook Web App, where you can access Public Folders and Shared Mailboxes.
