I am trying to use WhatsUp Gold Flow monitoring on my network. We are using 3Com 5500G EI switches as our core devices.
I understand that they don't support NetFlow are they anyway for me to monitor the traffic on this model of switch using Whatsup Gold Netflow?

No, there is no way to make it dance.
You can use snmp utils like mrtg/prtg to gather traffic graphs.
