Header won't line up for me

On: mkmeals.com/responsive/index.html, I want the header to line up with the nav. I can't make it happen. Please see screenshot below:

In the navbar-header div remove the left margin

In the div container for #bs-example-navbar-collapse-1 remove the class row

And maybe have a read of this which gives the basics of the layout in Bootstrap
