I'm installing SQL Server 2012 and can't get past the named instance.   All of our servers and SQL Server instances have names with hyphens and the installation file is refusing to allow me to do it?

We have 2 SQL Server 2012 instances with hyphens in the names, so I know it can be done, does anyone know how?

Thank you,

Hmm, never tried this, but put the name into square brackets.

Only numbers, letters and the dollar sign ($), number sign (#) or an underscore (_). Check if the another 2 instances aren't with underscore instead of hyphen.
