Is it possible to run a program after RAD Studio starts?

Where I work we log onto our computers with non-privileged accounts, then use "Run as Administrator" when necessary to do work that requires elevated privileges.  I use mapped network drives to access my Delphi projects, however, when I run RAD Studio as Administrator, there are no mapped drives.  I have written a program that will map the necessary drives and added it to the RAD Studio tools menu, so I can run that once Studio is up and running.  I would really like this step automated in some way.  A way to make the mappings persistent (which I have tried, but did not have success) would be the best solution.  Barring that, having a way to autorun my program after Studio is up would be acceptable.

Anyone have any ideas about how I could accomplish this?

Create a batch file (.cmd or .bat) that will first map the drives (Net Use) and then launch RAD Studio.  You can run the batch file as administrator.  Those privileges should transfer to the RAD Studio session.
