Quick Edit, Bulk Edit and Tags won't work in Woocommerce Products or Posts

I'm using Woocommerce along with their Product Vendors plug-in, with Woothemes "Coquette"

Yesterday morning everything worked fine and then some time during the day we lost the ability to add Tags to products and posts.  When you click the "Add" button to add a tag nothing happens.  If you click on a tag in the cloud, nothing happens.

At the same time, Quick Edit and Bulk Edit just stopped working.  When you select product(s) or post(s) and then apply "Edit" the screen just refreshes.

I added no new plug-ins to the site yesterday and I've deleted a few today but no luck.  I also didn't install any updates on anything.  Everything worked in the morning and then something mysterious happened :)  

I tried adding define('SCRIPT_DEBUG', true); to my WP-config.php file and that didn't help.  
I have cleared cache and history in my browser - Chrome.  Doesn't work in FF either BTW
My server PHP is set to 64M
I have WP Super Cache installed but have no idea if it's configured properly.  One of the tech guys at Hostgator set it up for me and I haven't touched it.

We have multiple vendors accessing our site from separate locations and we're also using Woo's Product Vendor Plug-in.  All vendors are experiencing this problem.

We currently have about 6500 products listed.  I thought that might be the problem so I emptied the trash last night and that didn't help either.  

I'm not very technical at all but I do know my way around all the files and I'm not afraid to try anything if you think it would help :)
