excvhange 2013

I have a exchange 2013 already running in my domain with DAG and all the roles except unified messaging.
Today i was installing another server with exchange 2013 and once i complete the installation the mail server stop working.what could be the possible reason.as i did not do any thing with active directory domain.

Exchange doesn't stop working on its own. It will log something when it stops. Therefore you need to look at the event viewer. You also need to be more clear on what you mean by stop working - did the services stop, users unable to access email, transport issues etc?
Was it the same build of Exchange?

stop working means outlook disconnected.
the outlook was unable to connect to the server and once i shut down the newly created vm (exchange 2013).then outlook connected automatically.
i installed all the roles in newly exchange 2013 and one exchange 2013 was already in production with all exchange roles except edge and unified communication.

That was probably Autodiscover. The clients were connecting to the wrong machine, self signed SSL certificate etc.
