Unable to print from Terminal Server

I am trying to setup a client to print from a Terminal server that was configured by a third party company.       Below is what I have tried and I am still unsuccessful.   I connected to another TS and printed without any issue so it obviously is a configuration issue on the Server side.

Disabled\Enabled printer redirection
added drivers to the server.

We are running Server 2012.

This issue has been solved -  Researching online, I found an KB article that it is a permissions issue, everyone needs full access to printer folder.  After making the changes printing worked fine.
