Outlook 2010 All Users Automatically Accept Meeting Requests from Specific User

My business is using Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2013.

I am looking for a way for all users to automatically accept Outlook meeting requests from a certain user in Active Directory.

The Outlook users should have to reply to meeting requests from all other users.

Thank you for that info.

It looks like a rule that runs a script in Outlook 2010 will work for automatically accepting a meeting request for a specific user.

How can I get this rule/script in all user's Outlook?

Hi,

You can use ad to apply this rule to all users in your OU using the below link:

http://www.msexchange.org/articles-tutorials/exchange-server-2010/management-administration/resource-mailboxes-exchange-2010-part4.html

And for all users to accept request automatically I think they have to made this changes in their outlook using this link( simple as compared to script) :

http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/3885.automatically-accept-a-meeting-request-from-microsoft-outlook-2010.aspx

I don't think there is any way that all users will accept request automatically unless they made necessary changes mentioned in link.

Thanks
