Is there a plugin to make sure my Wordpress site is Web Content Accessibility?

I am building a WordPress Site for a company and they need it to pass the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0. Is there a plugin that I can work with to make sure I am getting all the reqiurments they need?
