I use outlook 2010 with SPLA (Service Provider Licence Agreement) Licence

When i check version of outlook it says "14.0.6023"

According to link below it says this version is on "service pack 1 but not subsequent updates".

https://confluence.cornell.edu/display/NETADMINWIKI/Client+Version+Numbers

I want to update it to Service pack 2. I have tried installing Service pack 2 file downloaded from Microsoft website but it does not reflect to my outlook.

What is the best way of updating service pack for outlook 2010 which uses Spla License ?

Being on the SPLA licence makes no difference. The product is the same.

Run Microsoft Update instead - so run Windows Update and choose the option to update other products. Anything that is required will be shown and can be installed.

Simon.
