"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

With Exchange 2003 you can only control the undeliverable emails for entire organization. You cannot control it for one recipient other than using outlook rules but that would be set on each member's outlook which would make it difficult to deal when new users are added to that group.

You cannot connect to the group in any way as it never holds the emails. Its the members of the group where emails are delivered. A simple Outlook rule can be created on each member's outlook.
