I need to change the Holiday Greeting in our Cisco Unity Express phone\voicmail system

We acquired a small office that was has a pre-established phone/voicemail system called Cisco Unity Express. I have learned how to use the GUI interface fairly well, but am having a problem with Holiday greetings. I see where to set a date for the holiday greeting to play, but the no matter which date I select a pre recorded greeting for the 4th of July is what the callers here when they dial in. I have Thanksgiving coming up and need to get this figured out. Does anyone know where other previously recorded messages would be stored or how I could re record a message an upload it to the system?
