What is a good way to build installation files for a Java application for the Windows, Linux and Mac platforms? &nbsp;These will be downloaded from my web site.<br />

I have seen ads for products to do this but at considerable cost. &nbsp;Are there any open source (or ~$100) solutions that are not too complex? &nbsp;Would Java WebStart be viable - complexity, certification process?<br />

This is for a small user group who are not too technical so I am thinking of including the appropriate jre with the install.<br />
