I have a requirement to export several users Exchange archives to pst.  This seemed like a simple enough request using the new-mailboxexportrequest -mailbox username -isarchive -filepath "file path and file name for pst".  The issue or concern is that several of the archives or 60 GB in size.  Will Exchange actually export these mailboxes?  I need to possible provide these to be imported into another Exchange environment will there be any issues upon import possibly?

Will we need to find a way to split the exports?

What are the versions of Exchange in source and destination? Export/import for such huge mailboxes might have an impact but a proper planning can help. You cannot split the exports as it would also worsen the process.

The possible impact would be your network bandwidth and the amount of transaction logs created. You might want to configure more frequent backups or increase the disk space and enable circular logging.

I dont see any major impact than the ones mentioned in my last post. Needless to mention, you need to make sure the limits are set on destination database to facilitate the import.
