Watchguard XTM BOVPN DNS

We currently have two Watchguard XTM 21 setup with BOVPN. The VPN tunnel works. We are able to see and ping networks on both sides, but only with IP addresses. We can't use names across the network.

We can ping 10.0.0.1
We can't ping sbsserver

Where in BOVPN setup do I configure DNS settings?

Our setup:

Main office
SBS 2008
DNS Server
DHCP Server
Static IP

Remote Site
Windows 7
Static IP

Does the static IP on the remote client have the SBS server set as the primary DNS server?

To ensure the client side can resolve they need to have the SBS server as their DNS server, or you need to edit the hosts file on that PC so that it can use this to resolve the FQDN of the SBS.

To ensure the SBS server can resolve the client it needs to be registered in the DNS of the SBS.

I would set the remote client to get its DHCP from the SBS server over the BOVPN and this should resolve your issue.  Alternatively just set the static DNS IP as the SBS server on the remote client.
