configure Interface on Cisco ASA 5505

I have assign x.x.x.120 to e0/1 as outside interface. I need to use different pubic IP address for setup Nat for exchange server like x.x.x.121 . I wonder if I need assign this IP address to e0/2 or I just need to add a IP address as a object.

When I try to assign this IP address to e0/2 , I am getting overlap error.

Please advise.

No, you just set up the nat, and the firewall will 'proxy arp' it outside of the existing outside interface (e0).

This is how to do it
