Move WSUS content using command line in SBS 2008

wsus error - shows destination drive folder layoutI have tried using the wizard but it will not work, presumably as this is the second time the data has had to be moved since installation.
I have followed the instructions from various sites and on this site, but do not seem to be able to get the data to move. Error appears saying 'Incomplete or invalid parameters specified. see below for correct format and options: .... [As per screen shot attached]
Possibly due to my limited knowledge of using the command line and the required syntax?
Any help much appreciated.
wsus error in command line
Note the sql has been moved without any problem to the same destination folder.

This advice extends to most situations where you need to specify a file path - CLI programs tend to not like the spaces
