Does anyone know a good recording software for Windows 2012?  I need to record remoting from external support to see what they do on my servers. It should record any remote activity such as remote desktop, logmein, etc. If it's free, it's wonderful.

Teamviewer and Logmein in have that builtin, you just need to enable the feature in product's settings. For Remote Desktop I think you can only log things like who logged on when and from which IP, and when he disconnected again.

You'd need to look for a "keylogger" (there are many available, just search). But be aware that keyloggers have a malicious nature, and they can be used to log passwords etc. Also, it would always run in the background, also when you work on the server locally, or you'd have to manually disable it when it isn't needed. If the remote user gets access to the keylogger he could gain more info than you would want him to.
