Dear Experts

We are using zimbra mail server for zcs 8.5.0_GA_3042 ( postfix smtp) for our mail services this is hosted in our local network and we have subscribed for the smtp relay services with the service provider hence outside mails and mails to other than our own domains will pass though the external smtp relay service service provider. Now we are having issues like the sales team are sending out huge mails for the database due to this  action our external smtp relay service provider  making our IP black listed due to this very often we will not be able to send mails to external domains until our IP is delisted.
I would like to control or limit on number of  recipients to be allowed at any given time from each of our email accounts

Please suggest
Thanks in advance

In zimbra postfix settings you can globally set recipient limits for your server, but I am still checking if possible to do it on a user by user basis.

If setting it up for the server is sufficient as a starting point, then you can look at the following: http://nguoiquynhon.blogspot.com/2010/03/setting-maximum-mail-recipients-in.html
