Best book for excl with hands on?

Hello All,
I am looking for a excel analysis book that has business analysis done with very clear examples using excel functions and excel things. What could be a very good book(s)? Like a book that shows business / financial modeling and how excel is leveraged to help in every step of that analysis….a great book with hands on real-life examples to lay the structure…that in turn helps to really get better in excel as well…

Please advise.
