how to reduce cpu utilization on cisco router 2801?

how to reduce cpu utilization on cisco router 2801. its is always above 95%/90%.
it I restart router it will work fine for sometime but within one hour it will reach to 90% again.
please help to solve it.

First you need to know what eats CPU cycles. High CPU utilization happens when process-switch getting involved. Typical reasons: CEF is not applied to router, a lot of VPN connections, ACLs, some debug is enabled on router etc...
show processes CPU will show you process that are using CPU cycles, and according to what process causes high utilization depends possible resolution.
