HP servers, manage the RAID from the Windows OS

I have four HP servers with Server 2012 on them and they have (i think) P410 RAID controllers.  I am looking for software I can install to manage the RAID without doing so at a reboot.  Basically, I plugged in one 900 GIG SAS drive that I want to bring online as a stand alone drive.  I expected that to happen with a reboot, but it did not.

I know several vendors have software you can install on the server to manage RAID and I was looking for what HP offers in that area.

Thanks
