Cloud Migration

I need some help in determining the best approach and steps required for migrating 17 custom applications from a data center to an Infrastructure as a Services (IaaS) platform, such as AWS. I need to know what is required for the migration and then what is required for the on-going operational support/maintenance.

no where near enough information given.. what do these services depend upon.. they are in 'the cloud' per se since they are running in a datacenter and not on premise. Each application will probably require different resources so the devil is in the details and the details are not given.. I would suggest Azure over Amazon cloud services.
