I have a problem with a SBS 2011 server where exchange is working fine for Outlook and Outlook anywhere but mobiles cant connect to server
I have used the Microsoft Test Connectivity site - Activesynch
it succesfully connects to server and succesfully obtains certificate but then fails with this error:

The certificate chain couldn't be built. You may be missing required intermediate certificates.

Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas I coudl persue to find the problem and resolve it
Thank you

Are you using a 3rd party SSL certificate or a self-issued certificate?

If the former, then you should install the intermediate certificate from the certificate provider.  If the latter - then I would suggest you install a trusted 3rd party certificate.
