We are currently using OpenDNS as a content filtering service for some of our clients. However, we are looking to make a change with a company that has better reporting and works well with Labtech and Connectwise integration.

Any suggestons with integration and experience would be great.

OpenDNS' Umbrella security service should be working in partnership with Connectwise PSA, which the security aspects should be pretty fine and tightly integrated (under their recent "Centralized Settings") http://mspmentor.net/managed-security-services/opendns-adds-security-management-tools-umbrella-msp-service. This can include as quoted "..create branded block pages, customized security settings and even web filtering bundles right in the Umbrella MSP console." if that really cannot suite your use case, then alternative will likely have to drill into the security service in Connectwise marketplace offer which will have some assurance of integration (but may not be service type and can be h/w appliance which may defeat the use case of MSP) such as in https://marketplace.connectwise.com/c/54/security

We are moving away from OpenDNS. I am aware of their current integration with LabTech and Connectwise, but we have not been satisfied with their level of reporting.

Then probably you can catch Connectwise partnership with
- McAfee MXlogic, Email Defense (email content filter, antispam)

- Sonicwall Global Management System (GMS) (Web Service and application firewall)
@ http://www.bsminfo.com/doc/sonicwall-and-connectwise-raise-bar-with-0001
(pdf - integrated with ConnectWise to generate XML reports into its database) @ https://support.software.dell.com/download/downloads?id=5407939
