i have outlook 2013 when i stand on inbox  and pass to send item  one mail desapear from inbox

Are you sure it's really gone, or just the flag is set to READ, and you are viewing with the UNREAD messages filter?

Then it's only logical. The messages you "lost" will appear again if you view ALL messages.
