The usual reason for this is a new client has been started somewhere, and Outlook has scanned the email during the caching process, with the result being the messages have been moved. <br />

A new client meaning that particular user has started a new client somewhere? Where would that synching process happen at and from where? &nbsp;I believe she is using cached exchange mode.

One of our customers called and said 12 emails, from three and four years ago, showed up in her junk email folder. &nbsp;These are legitimate emails that she had gotten years ago. &nbsp;The headers indicate they are older emails. &nbsp;I checked backups for the last few days and they aren't there. &nbsp;Any ideas as to how to figure out where they came from?
