I inhertied this site, http://www.rohdedales.com/

How do I modify the social media links that appear at the bottom of the page.  Specifically, I created a new lawyer page (still in draft) and the social media share icons go to an old lawyer.  I can't figure out how to access to change.  Others have said, oh, it's the template you have to change but be careful because if you change it, it will change across all pages!  The wordpress theme is called Flare.  I normally don't "do" wordpress sites. So, I am a bit lost right now.

Go to bottom of this page to see Twitter, Facebook, etc links

Those are either being generated by a plugin or directly in the the theme files. which plugins are installed and what exactly are you trying to change?

I am trying to change where the social media links go.  Right now on my beta page for Lawyer A, the social media links to go the page for Lawyer B.  Not sure how to fix that.

Plugins Installed are the following.  I highlighted the one that is probably important

huspo share buttons for twitter, facebook and google
jetpack for wordpress
print friendly pdf
simple 301 redirects
ts custom widgets

wpms mobile edition
wptouch mobile plugin

Might be that one, might also be Jetpack.  Check Jetpack's settings to see if Sharing is enabled and adding to the bottom of the page.

In either case, the buttons should take the current page title and link.

The shared media links were looking at the permalink address which i was having problems updating.  Once I got it to update, the links started working!
