Convert iTunes 12 AAC/AIFF etc. to MPEG files - Location?

I want to collect converted AIFF/AAC audio files to MPEG as replacements for creating MP3 disc. I know how to collect [in playlist] and convert to MPEG. My goal is to create MP3 CDs.

How do I specify the output playlist for the new collection?

e.g. 25 AAC & 10 AIFF & 11 WAV files converted to MPEG - how do I specify the output playlist [46 MPEG files] so that I can move (copy?) to original playlist, sort by name & delete non-MPEG files.

Right click on the playlist you want to export and choose Burn Playlist to Disk. In the pop up that follows, choose "MP3 Disk".
