Have you looked at the capacity planners from Microsoft?

Hello

We need manual (may be from vendors of mobility devices as best practice) to plan "delta" capacily like http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff803560(v=exchg.141).aspx but for Exchnage Server 2013

The only reference I am aware of is the Microsoft Server Role Requirements Calculator:
http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2013/05/14/released-exchange-2013-server-role-requirements-calculator.aspx

Vendors of mobile devices are usually pretty biased. IMAP isn't really a mobile solution, but would be covered by the calculator.

Hello

For Exchnge 2013 we need a special stand to develop a test metodology to approve appropriate performance value that looks like https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff803560(v=exchg.141).aspx
