Un-install IE toolbar 4.7 by sweet packs?

Hi experts,
 I have this toolbar installed don't know how it got there but I think it's messing up IE. I go to un-install it and I get this :
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is not available.

So I can't un-install it, any ideas how to remove this?
