how to replace     str. replace(/&lt;/b&gt;/g, "</b>")

/ is not accepting so its giving javascript error !

i tired str. replace(/&lt;//b&gt;/g, "</b>") but no use

str.replace(/&lt;\/b&gt;/g, "</b>");
