I have a database with roughly 50 tables in it, each table has one or more indices.  Is there a command I can issue which will let me refresh all the indices without going through them one at a time?

Didn't heard there is a thing like all indexes refresh at once command, but alternative option is there, u can create a batch file where u can define the tables indexes and execute it.
